Custom Built Homes

Project: Windridge Drive, West Chester, PA
Scope: Custom built spec home. The details of this home mirror houses built on the main line and in other U.S. localities in the early 1900’s, but incorporating modern materials, fixtures and technology.

This house was built on an open lot in an established neighborhood. It features site finished oak floors, tile and slate throughout. The kitchen and butler’s pantry feature granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and custom built cherry recessed panel cabinetry. Other custom features include a seven foot mahogany recessed panel mantel, custom vanities, tops and tile work in the 3.5 bathrooms and craftsman style staircases. A nine-foot walkout full basement, walkup attic and wrap around porch increase both the practical and aesthetic appeal of this home.
